Cigar Box JugglingCigar box juggling is a classic old school juggling act. I say that because you don't see modern performers using them that much but I do recall seeing videos in black and white with those acts. They are also a great way to add variety to your act.
The basic way to use them is you have three and you hold them together evenly. Then you do tricks but the boxes are always supposed to land in the same evenly lined up position. The hardest part about them is getting them back to that same position. I've seen more advanced performers used 4 at a time. In addition to using them for tricks, I've seen pictures of people balancing them in large stacks. The boxes are not actually really from cigars but they originally were. The ones you can buy at juggling shops are colorful and have a gripping material on the ends. |
